Some of you have indicated an interest in a group discount during our reunion at a local hotel and we have followed up.

The following information includes the procedures as stated in our contract with the Best Western Sovereign Hotel, located at 1228 Western Avenue in Albany. We have blocked ten rooms for our group. The number to call for your reservation is 518 489 2981.

We have reserved rooms for your group at $79.00 single or double occupancy. The $79.00 package includes accommodation for one night, a full breakfast, and is available with advance reservations. All rates are subject to state and local tax, currently 11%.

We are holding 10 rooms for arrival on September l8, 2009 with departure on September 20,2009. (8 Singles and 2 Doubles all nonsmoking unless otherwise specified by guests)

Check-in time is after 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. Children under 17 stay free when sharing a room with an adult.

Individual reservations must be received by our reservationist by September 4. 2009. Please ask your group to refer to VI Reunion 55 when confirming reservations to guarantee the quoted rate. In order to guarantee reservations for late arrival, all reservations must be accompanied by a check or credit card for the first night's accommodations. Requests for rooms after this date will be on a space-available basis and rate available basis only.

It is agreed that the individual will be responsible for payment of room, tax and personal charges.
