| The old VI building still stands at the corner of Madison and Ontario. It continues to serve a useful purpose as senior citizen residences and community center. |
| Alas, our mascot, the Lion of Judah, hasn't fared so well. After years indoors at VI, his second career found him out in the elements standing guard at the entrance to the Italian American Club on Washington Avenue Extension. The years have taken their toll. What else can we say. | |
